- 2 Tomotoes (paste or sliced)
- Ginger garlic paste
- 3 Cardamom (ne)
- 2 bay leaf (ne)

- Yoghurt
- Red chilli powder
- Turmeric powder
- Shahi Biryani Masala (ne)
- Coriander powder
- Garam masala
- Kasuri methi (ne)

Procedure
1. Take a pressure cooker or kadhai, start heating and add oil to it, add dry spices (Cardamom, bay leaf, cinnamon stick, clove, black pepper)

2. After the vessel gets a bit hot add onions to it and fry it it becomes a brown. (Shoutout to Manisha for slicing these onions because I ain’t doing it)

3. Add tomatoes. If you are using a paste then it is easier to cook, if not then cover the vessel for three minutes or till they become soft

4. Remove all the dry spices. Leave them in if you want these buggers to ruin your palate when you bite on them during eating.

5. Add ginger garlic (and green chilli) paste and fry it with the the tomatoes and onions a bit

6. Oh No! I forgot to marinate the chicken! No issues you can marinate and Keep it for 10 minutes as well. Add salt, green chilli paste, red chilli powder and turmeric mix it well and keep it aside.

7. Turn off the gas and let it cool a bit before adding the dry masalas to it.

8. Add Shahi Biryani Masala if you have it but this step can also be ignored (but frankly it gives an amazing taste)

9. Add salt to the mixture and mix well

10. Add yoghurt to the mixture

11. Mix it well and start the gas again at a medium flames

12. Add Kasuri methi if you want

13. Add water to the masala and heat till it boils

14. Add Chicken to it

15. Cook it in a pressure cooker for 10 minutes or in any vessel till it gets cooked

And the final cooked photo is here…!!
